Who We Are

LocalCart.ca is an Edmonton based family-owned business that serves to connect local businesses to the wider Edmonton community. We partner with local vendors you already know and trust to make it more convenient for you to order delivery online. We currently deliver groceries, and alcohol.

How It Works

  1. The customer enters the address to which they would like their order delivered.
  2. The customer chooses their local store from our list of partners.
  3. The customer places the order.
  4. The vendor receives the order and packages it.
  5. Our driver picks up the order and delivers it to the customer.

Refund Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the cost of the missing items, using the original method of payment.

Please contact us within 5 days of your order if you wish to request a refund for any reason. Thank you.

Return/Exchange Policy

For safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Location

    2. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Edmonton area.

  2. Delivery Time

    3. An estimated delivery window will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery windows are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  3. Delivery Instructions

    4. You can provide special delivery instructions by contacting us here.

  4. Damaged Items in Transport

    5. If any products were damaged while on delivery, please contact us immediately.

  5. Missed Orders

    6. If you are not home during the attempted delivery, or miss the delivery for any reason, we will attempt to get in contact with you for 10 minutes. If we are still unable to reach you after 10 minutes, your order will be cancelled. Please get in touch with us to arrange for a re-delivery or a refund, which may be subject to additional charges.

  6. Alcohol Delivery

    7. You will be required to provide a valid government ID upon delivery to show that you are over 18 years old. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. Alcohol will only be delivered to residences and will not be left unattended so please ensure you are available to receive the delivery. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse the delivery at their discretion, as per the relevant policies. If you do not meet the conditions, your order will be cancelled and will be subject to additional charges.
